Implement an admin user interface

This will be useful for things such as managing plugins, tweaking configuration, managing the playlists, etc.

an http API needs implementing (maybe REST),
interface itself can be either made as a webpage itself, or an external client can be made (Qt, GTK, Tkinter, Swing, whatever).
As this is implemented as an API, could actually implement some functionality in as a userscript (maybe as a ExtPlug plugin)

whoa, i really like the idea of a userscript to add the missing functionality... that would blow litebot out of the water :P
