The game doesnt even open

Description
Every time I try to open the game it does not open doesn't matter if I try via Steam or via the save & play button in the mod loader
Steps Taken
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the save & play button or the play button via steam
2. Click on it
3. See the error where it opens for a second on a white screen before immediately closing

Expected behavior
I was kinda expecting the game to boot up and I believe it might be because of the mod order I have but im not entirely sure, this is the first time i try modding the game
