Implement the same style on the tab.

Order ASC by Remaining Transaction Limit.

Mobile Version:

Align tooltip content
Reorg Elements:
- Remaining Limit -> Progress Bar
- Daily Limit -> USD value
- Single Tx Limit -> USD value
