[QA] Polygon's native currency was incorrectly displayed as MATIC instead of POL #901

Environment:

OS: macOS Sequoia 15.1.1
Wallets: MetaMask, MetaMask
Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (arm64)

Steps to reproduce:

Initiate a transaction 0.0001 SOL from Solana (Phantom) to X Layer (MetaMask)
Navigate to Wormholescan to view the transaction details
Observe sender and receiver assets

Actual result: Sent asset is displayed as old Polygon's native currency MATIC.
Expected result: Sent asset is displayed as new Polygon currency POL.
