Python 3.8 end of life happened on 2024-10-07, so almost 1.5 months ago - > https://devguide.python.org/versions/

Are you planning on releasing 4.0 and bumping the python version, docker containers currently ship with 3.8 and it's not clear to me if using a higher version is supported.
