Romanian language / skip intro part from detecting subtitles

Hi there, do you can add romanian language too ?
i was searching in the source to see where i can add it myself but i cant figured out where
the romanian language have just a few different characters
ă â î ș ț
Ă Â Î Ș Ț

I find a lot of romanian corpus here : https://github.com/lmidriganciochina/romaniancorpus

And if u can make a option or smt like that where you can specify the start point of the intro and the end of it, or to add a option to skip a part of video where no subtitles is need to extract, bcs in some intros the app detect text in the green box that its not a sub but it will treat like it is
