System/App/Menu button for Index Controller Protoflux node.

It looks like every other controller specific node includes a form of a Menu/App/AppMenu value except for Index controllers where this is missing. I'd like to see this added as Index controllers have this button.

The addition of a System button for Index controllers on the protoflux node.

Additional Context

Looks like the steam controller bindings call it the "System" button.
