Add custom tags

I would like to see an option to add custom tags to the changeset. I'm missing such an option as there is in iD.
When reverting I would like to be able to add such tags as source=*, url=*, discussion=* or other tags of my own.

Often I wanted to add a link to a source or discussion, and not everything can fit in a changeset comment.
