idphoto接口支持RGBA图像文件，但不支持RGBA的base64图像 #195

同样一个PNG图片，使用input_image直接传输图片调用成功，但使用input_image_base64调用就失败。
我看代码，原因应该是出在base64_2_numpy方法中

可以的话，我可以贡献此PR，让它们行为保持一致
