Feature: Data Backups

Shit happens, so lets backup user data on a rolling cycle, somewhere away from normal activity, so a backup folder in the same place the data folder is.

Can be 10 backups, or 50, it depends how often we backup.

Maybe also have a panel for viewing the backup data? Are databases encoded? Viewing what's in them might be a pain to the avg user

Old backups should be deleted
