make lat/long as hyperlinks to Openstreetmap

The map view is currently disabled for the general public. I believe the reasoning is that it takes up too much bandwith. But it would be a small feature to implement to display lat/long as hyperlinks to Openstreetmap. The URL would have to be: https://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=39.9155&mlon=4.1745 and give users access to the location
