Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no way to create a prerelease to test DLS. Instead we need to create a build each time to test. This is not ideal.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to create prereleases or even better be able to mock builds to test the package in a efficient way.
