Update Publications wiki page

The page https://github.com/adda-team/adda/wiki/Publications currently lists papers only up to 2016. It should be updated to include papers up to 2020 (at least). This is important for understanding the progress (if any) of ADDA adoption and usage. This will require a literature search (e.g. [such query]("ADDA" OR "Amsterdam DDA" "discrete dipole" OR "discrete dipoles" OR "coupled dipole" OR "coupled dipoles")) with looking into the full text to understand, whether ADDA is actually used or only referred to.

Also google search for other ADDA usages (query1, query2) should be done. This may add some info for https://github.com/adda-team/adda/wiki/Links page.
