Morf provides a platform for creating data capture experiences (or forms) for use on the web and mobile devices. Morf is a product of Aftia Solutions Incorporated. "Morf",”Aftia" “we,” “our,” or “us” in this Privacy Policy refers to the management and activities of Aftia with respect to the Services operating on the Morf platform. This policy describes how we process information when providing these Services to you (our customer), and your rights and choices concerning this information.
Our customers build data capture experiences (forms) on the Morf platform and make the experience available to their End Users. Aftia does not retain Form Data submitted or processed through the Morf Render, Submission and Conversion Services. Form Data is securely passed from the End User's web browser through our Services to an endpoint of the Customer's choosing. Our customers must ensure the safe storage and processing of the Form Data within the systems they choose to submit it to.
Data about our Customers, and the Customer's personnel is retained and stored solely for the purpose of administering and managing customer forms, reports, and other application assets. Customers can request that their personnel data be permanently deleted should they stop using the Software, or if the deletion does not impact the regular operation of their use of the Software. Aftia stores Customer and the data of their personnel in Microsoft Azure Cosmo DB in the North American region. Backups are taken on a regular basis. All data is encrypted using industry-standard methods when stored on disk or transmitted over the network. Only authorised Aftia staff may have access to Customer or their user's data.
By agreeing to the Morf Terms and Conditions of the Morf platform, the Customer agrees to permit Aftia to track platform and form usage in order to provide reporting capabilities to the Customer and enhance the performance and functionality the platform. Examples of this are of the usage tracking data are:
- form renders
- form submissions
- bounce rate (the percentage of visitors that leave without taking an action)
- form and field fill time
- form user activity (page navigation,encountering form errors, viewing help and tooltips)
- browser and type of device information
We collect information about Customer user preferences such as the enabling/disabling of Morf product tour and branding through the use of browser storage. We do not use cookies and other similar technologies to share this information across devices.
