in_memory_json at .toJsonDataSource method

Hi,

This issue references another closed issue, but I think this should not create a new issue, but reopen the other.
In the other issue you talk about a UTF-8 problem when using processConn method, and now it's solved, but the same problem appears when you try to use toJsonDataSource method in order to send subDatasets as params.
