Documentation: use AIP prefix for standardized method and event names

Per discussion, AIP number can be prefixed to method names and event names to avoid collision between standards which would want to reuse names in an incompatible way.

I can provide references to EIP/ERC where this has happened if wanted.

Let's document this best practice somewhere here so people can see it.
