The readme of the Ais.Net project claims support for message type 27 but as far as I can tell there is not any support for this meesage type, would be great to add it.

Type 27 is "Long-range automatic identification system broadcast message", right?

We have tests for that in the ais-dotnet project. (That's the source for for the Ais.Net library by the way. The project you've added this issue to is a wrapper around Ais.Net, and is less comprehensive.)

Here are the tests for Type 27 messages:

https://github.com/ais-dotnet/Ais.Net/blob/master/Solutions/Ais.Net.Specs/Ais/Net/Specs/AisMessageTypes/LongRangeAisBroadcastParserSpecs.feature

From the looks of those tests, we didn't have any examples of real messages. (The fact that the messages in those specs are mostly 0s is the giveaway.) Do you know of any publicly available sources of such messages that we could use to extend the test suite?

Hi @josh-dadswell-hackney - have you managed to source any real world test data for Message Type 27?
