Drodpdown Component: Chevron Icon

When you click/tap on the component, it displays a list of options and rotates the arrow icon, which when closed by clicking again on the component the arrow returns to its initial position.

However, when you close the menu by clicking/tapping outside the component the dropdown menu closes but the icon does not return to its initial position.
