推送可否支持显示时间 #226

目前发的推送都是显示不出来时间的，自定义通知也不能设置是否显示时间（setWhen和setShowWhen），目前是重写了CustomNotificationBuilder实现，但是这样属于改动SDK了，以后升级很不方便，请问有没有支持的计划
