Refresh Not Working for SQLite #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. touch ~/testing.db
2. Open CrunchyFrog..
3. Execute 'CREATE TABLE "testing" ("id" integer NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY);'
4. New table no visible even after refresh or disconnect/reconnect
5. Closing and reopening the app shows the new table.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Python
version?
crunchyfrog 0.4.0
Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty / Python 2.6
Using Pre-Built binary from:
repo: http://ppa.launchpad.net/crunchyfrog/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
