produces the following on a fresh 22.04

ubuntu@ip-172-31-34-232:~$ sudo apt install couchdb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Package couchdb is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'couchdb' has no installation candidate

The same as 8354

Hi, did you do the steps from 1.1.1.1 Enabling the Apache CouchDB package repository before?
