FixedWidthInteger.init(buffer: ByteBuffer) missing

I can't write UInt32(buffer: ByteBuffer(bytes: [0, 1, 2, 3])) and can't do Int(buffer: ByteBuffer(bytes: [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7])). That should work
