Is it possible to add support for Hero ISL fixtures.
If yes then I would like to work on this feature

The new api does offer support for I-League but it is not part of the free tier.

soccer-cli can only really support what the football-data.org API provides. And right now it is only possible to get data from leagues in the free tier.
