LA's ADU project

Demographics - broad appeal.
Different neighborhoods.
- what % of the neighborhood's parcels are eligible to participate?
Targeting:
- Homeowners
- median income [ medium - high ]
Layering maps
Feeling based. Heavy on Story. 75% of followers are women.

Change alley buffer to 0 and see how many parcels we get.
Produce Neighborhood by neighborhood report showing eligible parcels.
Sewer Data
- I was able to find this - http://gisrevprxy.seattle.gov/wab_ext/DSOResearch_Ext/ (see screenshot below)
- I can't (yet) make sense of this but it is promising.
