Suggestion: Feature to enable exact matching for deadnames

It'd be really nice if this extension had a feature to match the deadname exactly instead of individual words so it doesn't change your relative's last names. Maybe this extension could even incorporate regex, but I feel it's a bit advanced for most. (Example: instead of "John" "Smith", the extensions reads the name as "John Smith")
