- Total Height Less than 17 feet
- No decks more than 30 inches above grade
- No retaining walls more than 30 inches in height
- No indoor plumbing
- No line-voltage wiring (low voltage is OK
- Stucture can be disassembled leaving a conforming deck less than 200 square feet in area and having no part more than 30 inches from grade.
