access to my account

i would like some help from a qualified person to access my Asgardex account. I still have my 12 word passcode but for some reason no matter what i try I cannot get in without a username that works. I have tried many a username. I truly believe this platform needs a support group.
if someone could send me an email on either one of my emails and help that would be appreciated.

@Otis148 The 12 words are your seed phrase, you can import them into the wallet. You don't need to create an account of any kind.

Within the latest Asgardex (Download from https://www.asgardex.com/installer or https://github.com/asgardex/asgardex-desktop/releases/tag/v1.21.2), open an existing wallet or create a new one, then go to settings and select the the import option.

From there enter your passphrase, choose a password, give the wallet a name and it should work
