Allow wallet switching without entering Password

Give an option for users to skip entering the password when switching wallets.

Still require passwords to send transactions.
Good for users who want to switch between wallets to view balances or copy addresses.

you are assuming that each wallet had the same password to encrypt the keystore. There is no way of knowing that the wallets were created with the same password, and it is very bad practice to suggest users to do this.
