Bonds not updated when adding or removing bonds

Bond tab not updating

When the app is open, if a change is made to a bond provider position, it is not updated with Asgardex. Asgardex seems to get the information on load or change the wallet but then never looks at the status of the nodes again.

An example would be to add bond to a node or for a connected wallet to be whitelisted - there is no method to update.

A method to or update should be added that rescans the nodes endpoint and refreshes the bond tab.
