Error: timeout at Timeout._onTimeout #84

I got a cloud crash and here is the STACK TRACE.

Error: timeout
    at Timeout._onTimeout (/app/node_modules/zigbee-clusters/lib/Cluster.js:927:16)
    at listOnTimeout (internal/timers.js:554:17)
    at processTimers (internal/timers.js:497:7)

I don't know how to reproduce this crash. If the user provides diagnostics code to me, where can I get the report?
