pretty much redo this for developer hub:
https://www.avax.network/evergreen

any docs/technical info related to Evergreen site FAQs:
namely info related to pre-compiles, etc.

Also the reality is institutions will likely use AvaCloud services. That said, I think a docs landing page is helpful for institutions/enterprises to understand that yes, it's as easy as setting a config/L1 to ensure a node doesn't expose Avalanche L1 blockchain data to non-validators via P2P messages
