There are a couple of things to enhance:

Making CloudTrail and GuardDuty deployment as an option for the customer to choose.
Having these services disabled by default and having customers choose to enable it as a parameter.
Update documentation as needed for the above changes.
Update the Architecture diagram to represent the solution workflow rather than deployment workflow like stacks and stacksets.
