Stuck on 'Transcribing' status during BulkUploadWorkflow #277

I am running the most recent stack release Amazon Transcribe Post Call Analytics - PCA (v0.7.10) (uksb-1sn29lk73, SO9071)

Currently getting tons of stale jobs stuck in Transcribing. Some calls go through successfully (especially when i do one at a time in the input bucket), but for some reason when i do bulk upload, I wind up getting this error. I saw #234 and hoped that upgrading would fix....

Any ideas?

I have this same issue...

It would be nice to know why it's stuck on transcribing... a log somewhere
