Selected language in dropdown defaults to EN when connected despite chosen language

Issue Description

If you set the language to anything other than EN (e.g FR), then connect with MetaMask/WalletConnect, the Account view text is in FR but the selected language in the dropdown defaults back to EN.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to manager and choose FR
2. Connect with MetaMask/WalletConnect
3. The text will be in FR but the selected language will still say EN

Expected Behavior

Choosing a language should remain this selected language in the dropdown in every view

Choosing a language and connecting changes the selected language in the dropdown
