Observed another account's transaction info

Issue Description

When using Ledger with a different account, briefly observed the account data from Metamask (even though Metamask had been logged out.) Perhaps related to some application caching.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into Metamask with one account, then log out.
2. Log into Ledger
3. View transactions (if nothing happens, try doing an action that would update transactions and then view the transactions page)

Expected Behavior

Only see own account's info

### Actual Behavior
Saw other account's info even though the other account had been logged out. After refresh, the problem disappeared.
