sorry i dont have any resources to investigate futher but just putting this here as a placeholder in case anyone else experiences this problem

I've seen this too on other devices. It's pretty uncommon but appears to be a case of NM stopping the autoreconnect due to flagging.

I'm currently testing a Network Manager upgrade which I beleive may resolve the issue. I've bumped my Network Manager to 1.31.4.
