[BananaPi-M1+] Update balenaOS + supervisor to latest versions

BananaPi-M1+ is using a very old version of os + supervisor

which makes things like balenablocks/hostname unusable as it needs newer versions of supervisor API's as mentioned in https://www.balena.io/docs/learn/develop/multicontainer/#labels
but the currently available versions are:

which results in the below errors:

 hostname  --- Hostname ---
 hostname  Could not set hostname: BALENA_SUPERVISOR_ADDRESS and BALENA_SUPERVISOR_ADDRESS were not provided.
 hostname  Add 'io.balena.features.supervisor-api' label to allow interacting with the supervisor.
