Can we use the local system preinstall CMake when use rules_foreign_cc?
OS version: Ubuntu 22.04 cmake version: 3.31.0 bazel version: 6.5.0 rules_foreign_cc version: 0.12.0 releases version
If the cmake rule from rules_foreign_cc can use the local system installed CMake, could you please provide an examples?
