Can we use the local system preinstall CMake when use rules_foreign_cc?

OS version: Ubuntu 22.04
cmake version: 3.31.0
bazel version: 6.5.0
rules_foreign_cc version: 0.12.0 releases version

If the cmake rule from rules_foreign_cc can use the local system installed CMake, could you please provide an examples?

See the documentation for foreign_cc_dependencies for how to configure this: https://bazel-contrib.github.io/rules_foreign_cc/0.13.0/flatten.html#rules_foreign_cc_dependencies
Note that we currently don't have a module extension to configure this if you're using bzlmod.
