Update Manufactured Home Registry card on Registries landing page #25114

On the Registries landing page, make the following updates to the Manufactured Home Registry card under the BC OnLine Account section:

Add the "Moved" tag and style (same as other "moved" cards)
Remove the following sentence: ‘Note: A beta version of Manufactured Home Registry search is now available through the BC Registries account.’
