URGENT: CNV from ULBC to CR Name Requests cannot be consumed

Currently when an NR is related to a CNV type from ULBC to CR Name Requests cannot be approved(sometimes) and even after we update request_type_cd to ULBC and can be approved, then they are still not being synced to Legacy Database.

We need to determine why the Request_type_cd in NAMEX is being updated to NULL before approval and after approval.

We need to confirm syncing jobs are updating fields correctly.

We also determined that nature of business cannot be NULL, i updated the NR to 'blank' for nature of business and it comes up now.

after chatting with Severin, we believe there is a fix for this but its in NAMEX API and Name Request so they both need to go to prod before we can fix this. Please verify this issue is not happening in DEV and TEST
