Add Option to Display and Select Nearby Wells on Well Page Map

This update will enable users to view and select nearby wells directly on the well page map.

Additional Context

• Users can better analyze well proximity and spatial relationships within the map interface, supporting more informed decision-making and research
• This feature enhances the utility of the map by allowing direct interaction with nearby wells, making it easier to gather relevant contextual information
• This feature already exists on the well search we just want to add it to each individual well page map.
• When a nearby Well is clicked, it opens in a new tab.
