Title on links are missing

Hi there,

First, thanks for this plugin. Its very helpful.

One thing i have noticed is that it doesnt allow me to add some particular html. It just ommit it.

Example:

<a href="#"> and i need to turn it into <a href="#" title="link">

after i click on Ok. The title is missing.

Can somebody helps me with this problem?

I saw here and theres some kind of "PROTOCOL_WHITELIST" in the code. I guess theres some purpose but i need to remove it.
