Describe the bug
While Using --tun-experimental it says
2024/12/13 23:15:33 Failed to initiate stub device creation: Cannot create a file when that file already exists. (Code 0x800700B7)
time=2024-12-13T23:15:33.017+03:00 level=ERROR msg="Error creating interface: Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'search'
2. Click on 'cmd'
3. Run cmd as admin
4. warp-plus.exe --tun-experimental
