In the Seatbelt report for Proposal 205, interest rate parameters such as optimalUsageRatio, variableRateSlope1, and variableRateSlope2 are displayed as raw integer values (e.g., 4500, 700, 30000). To improve clarity and usability, these values should also be displayed as percentages (e.g., 45.00%, 7.00%, 300.00%).

Proposed Solution:

  • Convert and display all interest rate parameters as percentages (basis points ÷ 100).
  • Add this enhancement to future Seatbelt reports.
