Add bitnami/elasticsearch:8.15.5 version to matching spring boot 3.4.1 default reference version

Add Elasticsearch 8.15.5 image version

Unfortunately, we moved from bitnami/elasticsearch:8.15.4 to 8.16.0, due to that, there is not 8.15.5 in the Bitnami catalog.
Since we don't perform backward releases, 8.15.5 won't be released.

Thanks for your response, we will keep 8.15.4 version or create it myself according this project.
