Error when clicking "Add webhook to GitHub repository" or "Add GitHub webhook" #70

If you're logged in, and then click on one of the buttons that lead to https://market.bolt.cm/hook/create, you'll get an:

Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

InvalidArgumentException in Pimple.php line 78:
Identifier "github.api" is not defined.

No rush or anything as I can just add it manually to GitHub.

+1, this is still an issue. In my case, I am using Bitbucket. Is Github required?
