I'm forgetting the name of the representative from Heroku, but I remember how gracious and composed he was as the service collapsed under our demands for it.

I am in the black shirt next to her, just in front of @ultrasaurus. Melanie Archer is directly a little bit behind and to the right of Sarah, behind Jen, also in a peach shirt (i didn't get the memo about peach shirts).
Nan, whose last name and handle I don't know, is in the middle row of people standing, slightly to the left of center, in the white t-shirt with black lettering, behind Sarah Mei.
