Ability to hide the role icon and the name

Ability to hide the role icon and the name from the raid frames.

Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented:

DefaultCompactUnitFrameOptions.displayRoleIcon = false This hides the role icon, same for the name.
Maybe you can make it with 2 checkboxes or something. I believe it shouldn't be a lot of work.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Well if I run this with my own addon DefaultCompactUnitFrameOptions.displayRoleIcon = false I get constant lua errors
