It should be obvious from the code.

AuthSrv::AuthSrv(const bool use_cache, AbstractXfroutClient& xfrout_client) :
impl),
checkin(new ConfigChecker(this)),
dns_lookup),
dns_answer(new MessageAnswer(this))
{}

Consider the case the allocation for checkin_ fails.

Recursor::Recursor() has the same problem.
