1Password importer: Add new CSV format for 1password 7+

1Password 7 exports passwords to .csv and .txt file not .1pif format as 1Password 4. link
I didn't find any way to import these files to Buttercup or convert it to .1pif format.
So we need a new importer for it.

It looks like 1Password 7 does support exports to .1pif as per the provided link. I think supporting more options is good, but it looks like importing should work today from 1pif.

We support CSV importing already, but it's not ideal for 1password. We'll need to add a new 1password CSV importer to make best use of the specifics in the export.

Edit: yeah looks likes 1pif was inexplicably removed from the Windows version but not macOS. What's up with that 1P?

Not that CSV wouldn't be good to have, but 1Password 7, at least on macOS, definitely still supports exporting to 1pif
